About Us

Kenet Bağlantı Sistemleri was founded in Gebze in 1991 by three partners. Starting with only hex bolts and nuts, the company now produces 2,400 tonnes of fasteners a month in 32,000 m² of covered space with 280 employees. Our products are used in automotive supply, steel construction, energy, machinery manufacturing and construction.

Production process

1. Raw material: Wire rod is sourced from certified steel producers; every lot is verified by spectral analysis.
2. Cold forging: Six-station multi-stage presses form the bolt head by forging; because no chips are cut away, the continuity of the strength grain flow is preserved.
3. Thread rolling: Threads are rolled without cutting, raising fatigue strength.
4. Heat treatment: Quenching and tempering in continuous belt furnaces yield classes 8.8, 10.9 and 12.9.
5. Surface treatment: Electro-galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, Geomet and phosphate lines are in our own plant.

Product groups

Hex and socket-head bolts, structural (HV) bolts, nuts, washers, studs, mechanical and chemical anchors and special parts to customer drawings. Our catalog contains more than 4,500 product codes.

Our responsibility

Under the ISO 14001 environmental management system, wastewater recovery on the coating lines has reached 78%, and our coating line has moved to Cr(VI)-free (trivalent) systems.
